Right of Revocation

You have a legal right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The period for revocation is 14 days and begins on the day you or a nominated third party, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, your intention to revoke the contract needs to be clearly declared and delivered (e.g. per fax, e-mail or posted letter) to us (Anlaufs Fruchtschutz GmbH, Michael Anlauf, Stephan Anlauf, Zum Täckenfeld 14, 21385 Amelinghausen, info@anlaufs-fruchtschutz24.de, Tel. +49 (0) 4132-9398298, Fax.+49 (0) 4132-9398299). For this purpose, you can use the attached model withdrawal form; it's use however, is not mandatory. To comply with the time limit for the period of revocation, it is sufficient that notification of your exercising the right to withdraw be sent before the period of revocation ends.

Consequences of the Revocation
Upon withdrawal from this contract, we are committed to refund any payments received, including delivery fees (excepting any additional charges resulting from your choosing a method of delivery other than the standard, lowest-priced, delivery method offered by us) without any delay and within 14 days of receiving notification of the contract cancellation. The same method of payment will be used for the refund as in the original transaction unless explicity agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will fees be charged for transaction of the refund. We can withhold repayment until we receive the returned goods or, if we receive notification earlier, the verification that the goods to be returned have been dispatched. Your are committed to send or bring back the goods without any delay and within 14 days after the date you have notified us about the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14 day withdrawal period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value has resulted from an unnecessary handling of the goods to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and which have been manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
